A combination of breathwork, meditation, and flowing asanas.

This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. Yoga postures are linked with the breath to help reveal body awareness, inner strength and easeful opening.

This class is dynamic and will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes, but it will do so in a gentle, soothing, and relaxing way.

Each teacher brings uniqueness to their class through themes and intentions.

A balanced practice of both Flow (action) and Yin (stillness).

The first half of the class focuses on strength, mobility, and balance building asanas. While the second half of the class focuses on slowing down and releasing tension in the connective tissues through longer held floor asanas.

Strong Flow & Deep Stretch energizes the body, mind and heart, leaving you feeling strong, stretched and relaxed by the end of the class.

This warm, candlelit class combines Restorative Yoga with Reiki for a deeply therapeutic experience.

As you soften into the postures, the use of blankets, bolsters, and blocks will support your body so that you can fully relax the muscles, gently releasing stagnant energy within your connective tissues.

Postures are held for approx. 7-10 minutes, while the teacher/practitioner moves around the room giving Reiki to each student in order to help move trapped energy out of your body and promote deeper relaxation.

Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique that supports the flow of ki (known in the yoga community as prana). At its most basic level, Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and eases physical discomfort.

Inspired by the strict use of props and focused alignment of Iyengar lineage, this class is a unique offering to get into the grit of deep intrinsic muscles, as well as the far caverns of the mind.

After a full body unique warm up, there will be a dedicated chunk for pranayama, standing/seated/inverted, and supine sequencing all while exploring micro-adjustments based on functional anatomy to heighten students' individualized sensations during held poses.

A well-rounded practice, sure to re-align your spine, improve posture, increase breath capacity, build strength and flexibility, reduce pain, stress and blood pressure, to support all systems of the body and layers of our being for optimal wellness.

The practice of Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the connective tissues (ligaments, joints, bones) to increase mobility, improve circulation, and balance the emotions. The practice consists primarily of floor postures, held for 3-5 minutes, giving the mind and body time to observe and reflect.

The Kaiut Yoga Method is a biomechanical yoga practice developed by Brazilian chiropractor and yogi, Francisco Kaiut, to serve the modern body and modern mind. Our lifestyle adversely affects the biomechanics of the body which creates stress to the nervous system, impairs brain function and mobility. The Kaiut Yoga Method works from the joints to keep us functioning as freely and efficiently as possible for as long as possible.

The practice is composed of restful, supported Yin postures combined with finely directed micro engagements that together trigger pain relief, improve mobility, unwind chronic adhesions in the connective tissue and help to strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. We work with the help of gravity and the floor to access the blockages and restrictions that keep us from moving with ease.

This is an inclusive method, using simple shapes to create a format of yoga accessible to all practitioners regardless of flexibility, strength, age, or experience. The method aims to deliver consistent long-term healing results. It has been designed to work through chronic pain and injuries, general aches and stiffness, and to work for the inflexible, hyperflexible and the aging body. This practice is a tool that builds freedom in the body and mind, extends life and establishes a more relaxed, balanced approach to everyday life.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice incorporating rhythmic movements, breath practices, mudras (hand gestures), mantras (repetitive words that can be spoken out loud or silently) and a sound healing gong bath. Each class is unique and varies from deeply meditative to more rigorous.

This class is both beginner friendly and perfect for advanced practitioners wishing to deepen their practice.  It is guided with an inclusive and trauma informed approach.  You are invited to show up exactly as you are.   Aromatic medicine in the form of essential oils may be offered as an enhancement to the practice.

Free your voice and move your body in this grounded Bhakti practice. Working with a central theme or deity, we will blend yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) with the power of mantra to explore and unlock the innate wisdom of our bodies and our voices.
