Unsure of which class to take? Start here!

The five elements exist within every living being and we experience the world through each of them.

By first recognizing balance and imbalance of the elements within our bodies, we can then select a practice that supports our individual needs.

Then, read our class descriptions or go directly to our schedule to book a class.
