Join Valerie Blohm online every Tuesday at 6:00 PM for Root to Rise - a grounding and awakening yoga flow class. Move through breath-led sequences that help you connect to your foundation, open your body, and rise into your full presence. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.


No experience needed. Just set up your cozy space and open your heart.
