A balanced practice of both Flow (action) and Yin (stillness).

 

The first half of the class focuses on strength, mobility, and balance building asanas. While the second half of the class focuses on slowing down and releasing tension in the connective tissues through longer held floor asanas.

Combining Flow with Yin energizes the body, mind and heart, leaving you feeling strong, stretched and relaxed by the end of the class.
