Hannah’s yoga practice is deeply inspired by the reflection of life it shows to her - a constantly changing non-linear journey filled with the spectrum of human emotion. Her practice began 5 years ago. Through her time of physical practice and study of philosophy she has recognized that, beyond the formalities, yoga is a commitment to showing up, despite it all, and with it all. This commitment has transformed her life from managing daily chronic pain, to receiving and giving deeper amounts of love, to having more patience and ease with the cycles of life.

Her approach to yoga is gentle, patient, and kind. She is grateful for the opportunity to share in the styles that have supported her most: Yin and Hatha flow.
