This warm, candlelit class combines Restorative Yoga with Reiki for a deeply therapeutic experience.

As you soften into the postures, the use of blankets, bolsters, and blocks will support your body so that you can fully relax the muscles, gently releasing stagnant energy within your connective tissues.

Postures are held for approx. 7-10 minutes, while the teacher/practitioner moves around the room giving Reiki to each student in order to help move trapped energy out of your body and promote deeper relaxation.

Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique that supports the flow of ki (known in the yoga community as prana). At its most basic level, Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and eases physical discomfort.
