I'm Ryan! I've been practicing yoga for over twenty years, and it's the love of my life.

 

When I'm not in the studio, you can find me perusing the local farmers markets, whipping something pretty up in my kitchen, catching an indie film at Grail House, cold-plunging in one of our many beautiful waterfalls, volunteering with 12 Baskets and Bounty & Soul, hitting some tennis balls with friends, or biking around town.
